Private Equity is a fast paced industry and its accounting and operations are challenging. Our work involves coordination with various stakeholders, including investors, investment bankers, and tax and audit professionals. We are continually challenged to think outside of the box, develop new processes to enhance efficiencies and ultimately, provide the best service possible to our clients.

We are committed to developing the careers of our employees. Our career development process includes meetings with Senior Management and establishing goals at the beginning of each year. We also have a comprehensive 360 degree year end evaluation process that facilitates both upward and downward feedback. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to all our employees and complement this with periodic in-house Continuing Professional Education (CPE). Capital Analytics is registered with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy as a registered sponsor of CPE.
