Randal R. Boyts
Managing Principal
Randy joined the Firm in 1999. He was previously the CFO at Innovative Telesolutions, L.P. Randy spent nineteen years as a CPA in public accounting, and served as a managing partner for Phillips and Welch. He is a board member of Leadership Edge, Inc. and a trustee of Hope Church. Mr. Boyts received a BBA in Accounting from Texas Christian University. He is also licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Michael R. McConathy
Managing Principal
Mike joined Capital Analytics in 2000. Prior to joining Capital Analytics, Mr. McConathy had fourteen years of public accounting experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. While with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Mr. McConathy primarily served clients in the financial services industry and served on many engagements involving registration and financial reporting compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission, including foreign registration for international clients. Mr. McConathy received a B.B.A. in accounting from Baylor University. He is licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

E. Scott Elphingstone
Managing Principal
Mr. Elphingstone joined Capital Analytics in January 2006. Prior to joining Capital Analytics, Mr. Elphingstone was partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, having led the Capital Analytics audit work since 1999. He was also chief of operations and CFO of Fort Worth-based JMJ Holdings and its lead subsidiary, Western Fidelity Insurance Company, during their successful turnaround. He began his career with KPMG in 1976 and was promoted to partner in 1988. Mr. Elphingstone has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Hendrix College (1976) and a Masters in Liberal Arts from Southern Methodist University (1995). He is also licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
